The RTX 4002 DECT repeater (also known as a WRS or Wireless
Relay Station) is used in DECT business applications based on
the GAP profile. The RTX4002 has two internal antennas and under
typical use can double the effective range of a DECT Base
Station in a desired direction.

The RTX4002 DECT Repeater is a cost-effective choice for
companies needing to extend their DECT system beyond the range
of existing base stations. The RTX 4002 doesnt require
expensive cables, just an external power adapter (supplied with
kit). It is possible to connect up to six RTX4002 repeaters
wirelessly to each base station. Each Repeater handles up to two
simultaneous calls.

including Ascom, Ericsson, Alcatel and many others.
Easy to install
The DECT Repeater is contained in a discrete plastic housing,
which fits on any wall. In addition to the lack of cabling
requirements, the RTX4002 Repeater uses a new, matchless
automatic registration method which automatically seeks and
acquires the DECT/GAP base station that emits the most powerful
signal. This is a very fast and easy registration process and it
means that the repeater installation has been simplified to
Plug-and-Play.
